Our newest Concept in Development. Kaiten-sushi – literally “rotation sushi”—is a sushi restaurant where plates with the sushi are on a rotating conveyor belt that winds through the restaurant and moves past tables, counters and seats.  The restaurants, common in Japan, were first opened in 1958.  The concept has become increasingly sophisticated and deploys the latest technology for food ordering and delivery, clearing tables and traveler billing.
